Open Letter to the Person With My Laptop

Hey,

My friend says you're chatting with him right now, and if you're reading this, I just want to appeal to you. Please, please, please. That laptop contains my photos of the birth and life of my two-week old twins. And the open-heart surgery of my son, who's in the Intensive Care Unit at Children's Hospital as I write this.

I'm just desperate to get them back, and so I'm begging you to somehow allow me to get those photos back. I know they can't mean much to you, but they mean everything to me. Please.

Mike

Mir and I have googled 'imprecatory prayer,' and we've been praying for a transforming imprecatory experience - if such a thing exists.

That's terrible. Also must strike you as kind of strange with that whole computer theft thing involving the VA going on... Hope you get it back.
